Welcome to Creatortab, this page explains our terms of use. When you use Creatortab, you’re agreeing to all the rules on this page. Some of them need to be expressed in legal language, but we’ve done our best to offer you clear and simple explanations of what everything means.

About Creating an Account
To sign up for a Creatortab account, you need to be 18 or over. You’re responsible for your account and all the activity on it. You can browse Creatortab without registering for an account. But to use some of our features, you’ll need to register, choose a username, and set a password. When you do that, the information you give us has to be accurate and complete. Don’t impersonate anyone else or choose names that are offensive or that violate anyone’s rights. If you don’t follow these rules, we may cancel your account.
You’re responsible for all the activity on your account, and for keeping your password confidential. If you find out that someone has used your account without your permission, you should report it to contact@creatortab.com
To sign up for an account, you need to be at least 18 years old, or old enough to form a binding contract where you live. If necessary, we may ask you for proof of age.


Things that are big no-no’s
Thousands of people use Creatortab. We expect all of you to behave responsibly and help keep this a nice place. If you want be a part of this don’t do any of these things on our site:

• Don’t break the law. Don’t take any action that infringes or violates other people’s rights, violates the law, or breaches any contract or legal duty you have toward anyone.
• Don’t lie to people. Don’t post information you know is false, misleading, or inaccurate. Don’t do anything deceptive or fraudulent.
• Don’t offer prohibited items. Don’t offer any rewards that are illegal, violate any of Creatortab's policies, rules, or guidelines, or violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance, or regulation.
• Don’t victimize anyone. Don’t do anything threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, tortious, obscene, profane, or invasive of another person’s privacy.
• Don’t spam. Don’t distribute unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material, or any junk mail, spam, or chain letters. Don’t run mail lists, listservs, or any kind of auto-responder or spam on or through the Site.
• Don’t harm anyone’s computer. Don’t distribute software viruses, or anything else (code, films, programs) designed to interfere with the proper function of any software, hardware, or equipment on the Site (whether it belongs to Creatortab or another party).
• Don’t abuse other users’ personal information. When you use Creatortab — and especially if you create a successful page — you may receive information about other users, including things like their names, email addresses, and postal addresses. This information is provided for the purpose of participating in Creatortab: don’t use it for other purposes, and don’t abuse it.
• Don’t promote or advertise. Firearms or other weapons, drugs, or drug paraphernalia.
• Don’t promote. Any illegal activity, or advocates, promotes, or assists any unlawful act.
• Don't copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from, any portion of Creatortab without FIL express written permission.
• Don't use Creatortab. For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable information, or otherwise.
• Don't use Creatortab. For promoting or advertising escort services.

About account termination
Any content that is considered abusive (threatening, degrading, racist, homophobic, sexist, xenophobic, or objectionable) will be removed from the site without notice. Users may be banned for posting material, videos, images, or posts that offend groups of people, attack any one group or individual, or do not comply with our code of conduct.

ADULT MATERIAL
This site is designed to help content creators on the internet and expertise within specific categories (as seen on the site). You acknowledge that you are aware that some of the Content on Creatortab contains adult material, and you agree to take this into account when deciding where to access and view Content. We will not be responsible to you if you suffer any loss or damage as a result of your accessing or viewing Content containing adult material in a way which places you in breach of any contract you have with a third party (for example, your employment contract) or in breach of any applicable law.

BILLING SUBSCRIPTIONS
By subscribing to content creators, you authorize Creatortab.com to bill your supplied Credit/Debit Card or Bank Account automatically each month until cancelled. You must cancel in order to not be billed. You will be billed regardless of if you access the site or not in any given month. Unsuccessful "Charge Backs" will be subject to an additional legal fee and accounts will be turned over to a collection agency. Other entities may be engaged to ensure payment for services are rendered. User will be liable for all legal costs, or costs incurred to recover money lost after a chargeback.

PAYMENTS & WITHDRAWALS
Content creators may charge any amount. All billing will take place through the Company's chosen merchant. Content creators will be responsible for merchant fees not to exceed 3.5%. The Company will retain up to 15% of a Subscriber's fee. Content creators must request a withdrawal from the company, it is not automatic. In order to request a withdrawal of funds earned, content creators must meet the minimum threshold. This minimum may be seen in the creator's dashboard.
